讓一道清熱降燥的奶湯蒲菜,為夏天的炎熱畫上最后的句號。

Today, let's ease the warmth of the season with a bowl of refreshing cattail soup.

將準備好的蒲菜、青菜、鵪鶉蛋、木耳清洗干凈。

Wash the prepared cattails, green vegetables, quail eggs, and wood ear fungus. 

蒲菜切成均勻的小段,火腿改刀成片狀。
