豆腐切塊,胡蘿卜去皮、切絲

鍋熱倒入雞蛋液,煎成雞蛋餅皮

水開,依次下入豆腐丁、胡蘿卜絲、香椿焯熟

餅皮外緣刷上水淀粉,放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃,即可出鍋
